Terms of Service
Last updated: 18.06.2026
1. General
These terms govern the ordering and provision of Moving24 services (reg. 16978239, VAT EE102734342, Tartu mnt 2, 10145 Tallinn). By placing an order the client confirms they have read and accept these terms.
2. Services
We provide moving and transport services: private and business moves, transport of furniture and heavy or oversized items, packing, and removal of unwanted household furniture and items. We do not provide regular household or construction waste collection or haulage.
3. Orders and booking
You can order by phone, email or the web form. The initial price is an estimate; the final agreement is confirmed before work begins. A booking is confirmed once we confirm it.
4. Pricing and payment
Each order is calculated individually (volume, floor, lift, distance, parking). There are no hidden fees. Payment by cash, bank transfer or card. Packing materials are charged separately per the current price list.
5. Cancellation and changes
An order may be changed or cancelled with reasonable notice before the agreed time. For late cancellation we may charge for reasonable costs already incurred.
6. Client obligations
The client provides accurate details (addresses, floor, lift, volume) and ensures access and, where possible, parking. We do not carry hazardous, prohibited or perishable items, nor cash, valuables or documents - please take these with you.
7. Liability
We handle items with care and are liable for damage caused by our fault under the Estonian Law of Obligations Act. We are not liable for damage arising from the client improper packing, hidden defects or the nature of the items, nor for damage that existed before the move.
8. Claims
Report visible damage immediately at handover and record it at that time. Submit a written claim with photos within 7 days to info@moving24.ee.
9. Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control (natural events, traffic congestion, official restrictions, etc.).
10. Personal data
We process personal data in accordance with the privacy policy.
11. Governing law and disputes
Estonian law applies. Disputes are resolved by negotiation; failing agreement, by the Consumer Disputes Committee or Harju County Court.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always available on this page.
