General questions
Home move
How much does an apartment or house move cost?
Every move is different, so we price it personally based on volume, distance, floor and any extras, and give you the figure upfront. No hidden fees - describe your move and we'll send a clear quote. Estimates are free.
How does the move work and what do I need to do myself?
It runs in three steps: tell us about your home and both addresses, get a personal quote upfront, and on the agreed day we pack, carry out, transport and reassemble your furniture. You don't lift a thing.
Can you pack everything and assemble the furniture for me?
Yes. If you like, we pack your whole home to safe standards, disassemble large furniture before the move and reassemble it at the new place. Prefer to pack yourself? We'll drop off boxes and wrap.
What if there's no lift in my building?
No problem. With no lift or a narrow one, we carry items down the stairs and use the right equipment for heavier pieces. Tell us about higher floors when asking for a quote so we send the right-sized crew.
How quickly can you come?
We work around the clock, 7 days a week, and try to fit your schedule - evenings, weekends or short notice. Call +372 5687 0101 and we'll tell you the nearest free slots.
Do you only move within Tallinn or across Estonia too?
We move in Tallinn, Tartu, Pärnu and all over Estonia - both within a city and between regions. Give us the pickup and delivery address and we'll factor the distance into the quote.
Business move
Do you move outside business hours?
Yes. We often handle office and warehouse moves in the evening, overnight or on weekends so your day-to-day work is not interrupted. We agree on timing around your schedule.
Do you issue an invoice and work by contract?
Yes. We are an officially registered company (reg. code 16978239, VAT EE102734342). We work under a written contract and issue a proper invoice (arve) with VAT.
How do you handle IT equipment?
We disconnect computers, servers and monitors, pack them protectively and reinstall them at the new address. On request we label cables so reconnection is quick.
Do you pack archives and documents?
Yes. We box up documents and files, number them and place them in the same order at the new location so nothing gets lost.
How fast will I get a quote?
We reply to requests quickly - usually the same working day. For larger moves we visit for a survey and give an exact price offer.
Do you also serve Tartu and Parnu?
Yes. We are based in Tallinn and Harjumaa and also move to Tartu, Parnu and across Estonia.
Disposal
How much does old furniture removal cost?
Removal and disposal start from a guide price of 30 €/m3 plus the movers' work. We confirm the full amount in advance based on volume, floor and access - no surprises on the invoice.
Do you carry the items out yourselves?
Yes. Our movers carry the furniture and appliances out of the flat, basement or attic for you - nothing needs to be prepared or hauled to the door.
Do you take construction debris or do demolition?
No. We focus on old furniture, appliances and clutter. We do not handle post-renovation construction debris or demolition work.
Is this regular household waste collection?
No. We do not collect daily household rubbish or empty bins. This is a one-off removal of bulky items and clutter, with disposal handled for you.
Where does the old stuff go?
Everything goes to an official recycling station, where it is sorted and disposed of properly. Items still in usable condition are passed on for reuse where possible.
Can you come the same day?
Often yes. If a crew is free we can clear your junk the same day you call - reach us on +372 5687 0101 and we will arrange a time.
Transport
Will you move just one item, like a sofa or fridge?
Yes. This service is made for single items - often you only need one piece of furniture or one appliance moved. There's no need to book a full relocation.
Do you have a tail-lift (vehicle with a lift)?
Yes, we use tail-lift vans so heavy and bulky items can be loaded and unloaded safely without carrying them up or down stairs.
How quickly can you come?
We reply to requests fast and offer flexible timing, including evenings and weekends. We can often arrange transport the same or next day.
Do you only work in Tallinn?
No. We transport within Tallinn, Harjumaa and across all of Estonia, including the Tartu and Pärnu directions. Intercity runs are a normal part of the service.
How is the price calculated?
The price depends on the load size, distance and access (floor, lift). We give a clear price before the job, and you pay only after the transport is done.
Do you help with loading and unloading?
Yes, the crew loads your items, secures them with straps in the van and carries them inside at the destination. We can help with the carrying too if needed.
Oversized & heavy
Can you move a piano or grand piano down a narrow staircase?
Yes. Piano moving is routine for us - we use piano straps, dollies and protective wrap, and the crew knows how to balance the weight on tight stairs and turns. Describe the staircase and floor and we give an exact quote.
How heavy an item can you move?
We move items from a few hundred kilos up to a tonne and more - safes, machinery and slate-bed pool tables. A tail-lift truck and lifting straps make loading even very heavy items safe.
Do you dismantle and reassemble the item on site?
Yes. We take apart a pool table, gym machine, large cabinet or industrial unit when needed so it fits through the door and lift, then rebuild it at the destination.
What if the item does not fit through the door or lift?
We assess access when we quote. If it will not fit through the door, we find a solution - dismantling, lifting through a window or the right equipment - and price that upfront.
